Bead Bop…Area Bead Stores Celebrate Beads
Five bead stores in the Ottawa area have organized a "Bead Bop" in a celebration of their love of beads and jewellery making. Together they will welcome other bead enthusiasts to their stores for a special week in May. Each store will have demonstrations, and a few surprises! Visitors also have a chance to win some awesome prizes. Participating stores are: Dragon's Lair Beads in Stittsville, McBead Creations in Ottawa, Canada Beading Supply in Ottawa, Odies Beads in Renfrew, and Rideau Art & Beads…The Bead Store in Kemptville.
"Bead Boppers" can purchase a "Bead Bop Passport" at any participating bead store. Membership entitles you to 15% off most purchases at all stores, a copy of Canadian Beading magazine, and a bead mat. Each store will have special offerings for passport holders including a "goodie" bag, demonstrations and a chance to win a $50 gift basket. A great value for $12 (taxes included)! "Bead Boppers" who get their membership card stamped at each of the five stores can enter our grand prize draw, valued at over $250!
